We accept return of merchandise within seven (7) days from date of purchase under the following circumstances:
- Product with factory defect
- Incorrectly delivered product
- Product that fails to perform to manufacturer’s specifications
- Product that fails to perform as advertised
- Product of unmerchantable quality (unless specified at the point of purchase)
When returning a product, please fill up the Returns Form and return the product with the original receipt as proof of purchase.
Products may be replaced or refunded, as applicable. All refunds will be made through check.
Avid, however, reserves the right to refuse any returns when:
- Defect is due to mishandling, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration or tampering, improper voltage and accidental damages
- Product is not returned in their original packaging
- Product is not in good physical condition, with missing parts or incomplete accessories
- Shows sign of physical damage to the product or its packaging
- Product is returned after seven (7) days from date of purchase
All faulty products returned with an invoice date of more than seven (7) days since purchase will be treated as a manufacturer’s warranty claim.
MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
Please note that all products, unless otherwise noted, are sold with a manufacturer’s warranty.
If a product purchased from Avid develops a fault after seven (7) days from purchase and is within the manufacturer’s warranty period, PLEASE CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER OR THEIR AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER for warranty service. Warranty period and service level may vary by manufacturer and product.
If you have problems contacting the manufacturer or its authorized service center, then please contact us so that we can assist you with your warranty claim.
