AVID offers two forms of delivery. You can pick up your products in any of our branches or have your order delivered to you.
1. Standard delivery is 1-2 days depending on stock availability.
2. Timed deliveries can be requested but not guaranteed.
3. It is very important for your delivery address to be complete and accurate, including apartment numbers, suite numbers, floor numbers, and others. Make sure that there is an authorized person that can accept delivery. If you provide us with the wrong address or no one can accept the delivery, which leads to your order having to be re-delivered, we will need to charge you for a second delivery fee.
4. Delivery personnel are not allowed to collect COD payments even for delivery charges. All payments should be made at the store.
5. Delivery personnel are not authorized to install/demonstrate the items delivered. If installation is required to the products you bought, it should be pre-arranged with the sales personnel for proper scheduling and coordination.
6. Cancellation of delivery must be communicated at least a day before the scheduled delivery.
