BRANCH HEAD/MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Responsibilities:

  • Plans, implements and evaluate strategies for store profitability
  • Responsible in achieving sales target and ensuring operating costs are kept within budget allocations
  • Monitors efficient functioning of the branch particularly in image building, customer satisfaction, sales, inventory, collection and people management
  • Manages day to day store operations including adherence to store SOP's and performs administrative functions
  • Manages daily store operations
  • Plans and manages profitability of store’s events, promotions, and other marketing activities
  • Manages performance and productivity of staff

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent
  • With at least 1 year relative work experience is required for this position
  • Must have sufficient knowledge of store operations, cashiering, sales, inventory, and collection management
  • LOCATIONS: QC, MAKATI, ALABANG, CALMABA & STA.ROSA LAGUNA,MUNTINLUPA, PASAY

BRANCH CASHIER

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Course
  • Vocational graduates or at least 3rd yr. undergraduates with Retail Sales Experience are encouraged to apply
  • Computer literate, knowledgeable in operating POS machine and handling credit card transaction
  • With at least 6 months related work experience
  • With good communication and interpersonal skills

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

JOB DUTIES:

  • Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
  • Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
  • Advises customers by providing information on products.
  • Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
  • Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
  • Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
  • Keeps client informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
